SAMsteget is a Swedish organization that helps young people and adults break free from criminality, addiction, and other difficult life situations. In close collaboration with social services, they support individuals in building safer, more stable futures.
The objective of the rebrand was to create an identity that feels both strong and warm — approachable for those seeking help, while showing that SAMsteget is capable, professional, and ready to take action. The new identity was designed to also be applied to their social media presence, engaging younger audiences and raising awareness about the support available.
A key aspect of the project was developing a comprehensive website that not only offered clear structure and easy navigation but also conveyed SAMsteget’s empathetic tone. The website needed to feel trustworthy, with a warm yet professional tone that reflected the organization’s values and made it easy for visitors to understand the available interventions and how to access support.
