The design takes inspiration from an abstract depiction of buildings in perspective, symbolizing the fund’s connection to construction and growth. The forms were carefully refined to balance clarity and subtlety, with the B prominently shaped and the K emerging through the interplay of space and structure.

Objective
Bostadskreditfonden (Swedish for "The Housing Credit Fund") is a newly established fund created to promote and support Swedish building and construction projects. The goal was to develop a brand identity that communicates credibility, trustworthiness, and professionalism—essential qualities to inspire confidence in potential investors.
Solution
The visual identity is built to balance tradition with progress—grounded in the aesthetics of trust and stability, while introducing a clear, contemporary expression that reflects the fund’s forward-looking mission.
The logomark combines two geometric forms that subtly reference the letters B and K. While both contribute to the logo, the left-hand “B” shape plays a larger role in the extended identity. Used throughout as a recurring graphic element, it creates structure and rhythm, echoing architectural forms and symbolizing growth. This flexible form becomes a visual thread that connects various applications, from digital platforms to printed material, and reinforces the fund’s connection to the built environment.
A restrained, professional color palette is paired with a bright accent to add energy and distinctiveness, especially in digital contexts. The overall visual language is confident, clear, and grounded—striking a balance between tradition and innovation.
